OUR FOUNDER
Eric Heinzelmann is a dedicated individual hailing from Allentown, Pennsylvania. During his high school years, he immersed himself in the world of sports, showcasing his passion for competition and teamwork. After graduating, Eric pursued his love for culinary arts by attending The Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, where he honed his skills and developed a strong foundation in the culinary field.
For the next 25 years, Eric served as a chef, bringing his creativity and expertise to the kitchen. Through his culinary talents, he delighted countless patrons with his delectable dishes, showcasing a blend of flavors and techniques that reflected his commitment to excellence. Eric's culinary journey was a testament to his dedication, perseverance, and unwavering passion for the art of cooking.
Outside of the kitchen, Eric is known for his warm personality, genuine kindness, and strong work ethic. Whether he was crafting a new recipe, mentoring aspiring chefs, or simply connecting with others, Eric's presence left a lasting impact on those around him.

OUR FOUNDER
Bill Heinzelmann, co-founder of E&B Mushroom Co., grew up in Allentown, PA, and is a proud graduate of Parkland High School. He pursued a BS degree in Business from Susquehanna University. After a brief stint in the insurance industry, Bill joined the Marine Corps, serving as an Infantry Officer for nearly 10 years, during which he completed six deployments.
Following his military service, Bill shifted his focus to starting a family and worked in the biotech industry for seven years. Driven by a passion for greater freedom and entrepreneurship, he founded his first company, StalwartCOM LLC, which aids veterans in obtaining the assistive technology they need for more independent and fulfilling lives.
Inspired to promote healthier living and environmental stewardship, Bill partnered with his brother Eric to establish E&B Mushroom Co. Today, he finds great joy and freedom in spending time with family and friends, helping others, and realizing the American dream of Faith Family and Freedom.
